WHERE IT BEGAN
Originally from western Pennsylvania, at age 19 he chose to relocate to England to spend his junior year of college studying abroad. "I just figured, why not?" At the time he couldn't imagine that 9 months would turn into 13 years... or that he was actually following in the footsteps of his literary idols Edgar Allan Poe, Mark Twain and more.

Making his home in Yorkshire, Mock became inspired by the gothic energy of the bleak and haunting Yorkshire Moors while being introduced to the works of such literary masters as James Herbert, Ruth Rendell, and the iconic mother of mysteries, Agatha Christie.

HOME LIFE
Mock currently resides in rural South Carolina with his incredibly patient wife, two rescue dogs, and at least one cheeky ghost. His wife and dogs he cherishes wildly. The ghost(s) he can leave or take.
